The week ahead for Run Move Connect members!

Hi all, Please find the updated timetable starting this week coming (Monday 30/5). Apologies for some early adjustments with in our time slots. We are confident that this will be our regular program for winter. Further adjustments may be made during day light savings (October 2022). Weekly updates will be sent out if any changes occur for any reason, so please keep an eye out for this weekly email!

Running with Brad

Tuesday 6:30am - Huonville football new changerooms

Thursday 6:30am - Huonville football new changerooms

Saturday 8:00am - Reba Sear café (social run/walk + coffee!)


Strength with Hannah

Monday 5:00pm and 6:00pm - Strength circuit training at PCYC

Tuesday 9:30am - Strength circuit training at PCYC

Wednesday 6:00am 5:00pm and 6:00pm - Strength circuit training at PCYC

Thursday 9:30am - Strength circuit training at PCYC

Friday 6:00am - Strength circuit training at PCYC


PLEASE NOTE: Extra strength sessions have been added to accommodate for more members. Please ensure to book in advance as early as possible for your sessions to allow coaches time to prepare or make adjustments to sessions.

Run sessions have permanently been adjusted to Tuesday & Thursday. We hope this does not effect anyone's availability.



This weeks running session details

Run session Tuesday 31/05/22

3 repetitions of -

(3min, 2min, 1 min)

Recoveries: 1 min between reps, 2 min between sets.

Session focus: Aiming to progress pace/ effort with in each set as duration drops.


Run session Thursday 03/06/22

Mona Fartlek! All efforts are done with a recovery that is the equivalent time of the effort completed (90 seconds on, 90 seconds off and so on). A fantastic 20 minute session that will be over before you know it!

4 x 60s

4 x 30s

4 x 15s


This weeks strength session notes

  • All exercises will be explained in detail with demonstrations provided.

  • Aim to arrive 5-10 minutes prior to sessions starting. This will allow to time to chat with Hannah if required and to ensure we start all sessions on time.

  • Please remember to bring a towel and drink bottle to all sessions!




Run Move Connect house keeping


If you had booked in for any sessions next week can you please double check to see if your attendance is still confirmed. The re-arrangement of our timetable may have caused some cancelations of certain sessions. Your patience is much appreciated as we continue to learn how to operate and make adjustments to our website and bookings system :)


Please note that for all members on a direct debit membership, you must have the required funds in your account to retain your membership. If you do not have the required funds your membership will be automatically cancelled by our provider. Unfortunately this is out of our control to adjust so please be aware.


For all members that have purchased a "10 session pass" please remember to bring along and provide your cards to our coaches so we can mark off your completed sessions as you go. Once your 10th session is complete you can enjoy a free coffee from Reba Sear on us! :)


Running sessions are starting early in the morning with first light starting around 6:55-6:50am. If you have access to a head torch please bring along.
